During this time Phoenix has been the industry leader in innovative camper builds, building to order both pop up and hard-side campers for many different vehicles. Phoenix works directly with each customer to make sure each customer gets the camper they want and need.

How Our Process Works

STEP 1

Choose a Model & Start Your Build

Start by selecting your preferred camper model and submitting the inquiry form. Once we receive your submission, our team will reach out to address your questions and guide you through the next steps

STEP 2

Confirm Your Camper Order

At this point, we will create a Purchase Order and send it over for your signature.

STEP 3

Sign The PO

When the Purchase Order is signed we will take a non-refundable down payment equal to a quarter of your Purchase Order price. We then begin ordering supplies and parts for your camper. You will have up to 90 day prior to the start of the final assembly of the camper to make changes to the build order without accruing a build change charge of $250+ and costs related to the change.

STEP 4

Receive A Final Floor Plan

At the mid-way point between (the date you ordered and the day final assembly begins), another non-refundable quarter payment will be paid.


At this time Phoenix will be in contact to verify your choices in upholstery and drapes fabrics, along with your counter top choices etc…

STEP 5

Final Assembly

Once we are about to begin the final assembly, you will receive a final floor plan and revised Purchase Order with any additions that have been made up to that point, and we will let you know if there are any changes to the anticipated completion date. At this time we will arrange final payment which will be billed at least 30 business days prior to the completion date of the camper.
