As you plan for your new Phoenix camper, please keep in mind that our current production time is approximately 14 months.

How Our Process Works

STEP 1

Build A Quote

You will start by building a quote on the website with the package and options for your camper. Once we have received your camper build information request, we will contact you to answer any questions you may have and see if you are ready to move forward with an order.

STEP 2

Confirm Your Camper Order

At this point, we will create a Purchase Order and send it over for your signature.

STEP 3

Sign The PO

When the Purchase Order is signed we will take a non-refundable down payment equal to a quarter of your Purchase Order price. We then begin ordering supplies and parts for your camper.

STEP 4

Receive A Final Floor Plan

At 6 months prior to the build date, another non-refundable quarter payment will be paid.

Once we are 90 days out from the build date, we will be in contact to verify your choices in upholstery and drapes fabrics. You will receive a final floor plan and Purchase Order with any additions that have been made up to that point, and we will let you know if there are any changes to the anticipated completion date. At this time we will arrange final payment which will be billed 15-20 business days prior to the completion date of the camper.
