We just finished a new camper for John Kucera, the 2009 World Cup Down Hill Champion from Canada.
John chose a Custom Phoenix PULSE camper with many upgrades and options such as the bamboo cabinetry, a Hi Lift Jack, custom graphics, and awning, and he had a hitch built into his camper so that he can mount/carry his dirt bike while towing his other toys.
We hope to get updates and action photos as John uses his camper for his many different outdoor adventures!
The 2013 Overland Expo in Flagstaff, AZ, was the largest to date! Phoenix Pop Up was well represented with five custom campers both on display and out camping! We stayed in our Bronco Bronco all weekend and had it on display along with Mitch Kistner in his truck and camper.
Chris Cole and Ann Pince also attended in their Unimog in the Featured Vehicle area with many other Unimogs. Larry Whittman was camping out and taking his ’78 Chevy out on the off-roading course along with Laurie and Bruce Heimbigner in their F-550 flat bed.

Chris Cole and Ann Pennce from Campa USA, the manufacturers of Campa Trailers, came to us to build them a camper for a Unimog 500 with a custom built and designed (by Chris himself) flatbed. This camper is 10′, 8′ wide and has 6′ of hard side walls with an additional 23″ in soft sides in the pop up.
The roof is lifted with an electric lift due to the height of the hard side walls. The whole camper has a very industrial look with the interior walls being made with the same fiberglass filon as the exterior throughout.
