With more than 15 miles of colorful trails, the Garden Of The Gods is perfect for hiking, technical rock climbing, road and mountain biking and horseback riding. Another great feature that makes this park one of the country’s favorite, is a 1.5-mile trail that crosses the hearth of the park, with the added advantage that it is paved and wheel-chair accessible.
For rock climbers, the Garden Of The Gods is like paradise, since it has 13 peaks with stunning red rock pinnacles and other rock formations. An important detail for all of them, is that in order to be able to rock climb inside the park, you will need to obtain a permit from the Visitor’s Center first.
