Confirm Camper Order

When you decide to buy a custom pop-up camper, the second step is to confirm your order. We’ll do this by sending you a purchase order that outlines the exact details of your camper build, along with pricing and payment terms. Once you sign the purchase order, we’ll get started on building your dream camper! When you receive your purchase order, make sure to review it thoroughly. This is an important document that contains all of the details of your custom camper, including the price and payment terms. If you have any questions or if something doesn’t seem right, now is the time to ask. We want to make sure everything is accurate before starting the build process.

Sign PO and Send Down Payment

Making sure you’re ready to buy a custom pop-up camper is an exciting step, and the next step is to make sure your order is properly secured. The first step in doing this is signing a purchase order and sending a non-refundable down payment for 1/4 of the total price. It’s important that you understand that the purchase order and downpayment are non-refundable. This serves to protect both you and us, ensuring that all parties are held accountable for their end of the deal. 

Your down payment will also serve to start the process of building your custom camper. 

Before you send your payment, it’s essential to make sure that all of the information on your purchase order is correct and that nothing has changed. If you need to make any additional changes or add any features, now is the time to do it. 

The second 1/4 payment is due six months prior to the completion of your custom pop-up camper. At this stage, we’ll confirm all your choices for upholstery and cabinetry, so you can be sure that everything is as you expected. If you have any additions or changes, now is the time to let us know. 

We’ll also use this time to discuss any potential roadblocks in the build process. This includes the availability of materials, special requests, and any modifications needed to the construction plans. We’ll set the final completion date and arrange for the last payments. 

We Confirm All Your Choices

When you purchase a custom pop-up camper from us, we will make sure that all of your choices regarding upholstery and cabinetry are confirmed before we set a final completion date. We also make sure that there have been no changes to the specifications or if you have any additional requests. We understand that this is an investment for you, and we want to ensure that it meets your requirements.

It should be noted that custom pop-up camper builds typically take approximately 14 months to complete, so it is important to keep this timeline in mind when placing your order. We want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with the product before it leaves our facility.
